Progressive Home Care is a family owned and operated home care agency, which means we offer a more personal touch for clients and their loved ones. We love knowing that our clients are cared for in the right way, which is why we’ve set up a 24-hour hotline that allows you to speak to a live person. Our program serves those with physical or cognitive deficits, as well as those looking for a safe, secure environment that provides socialization and stimulation within their home or facility.
Funding sources that assist participants include several state & county programs, such as JACC, CAP, Medicaid, as well as funding from the New Jersey State Department of Health. However, most long-term care insurance policies do provide coverage. We structure services to work within your budget. Our out-of-pocket private pay options are extremely competitive. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you with all funding options.
Our LPNs, RNs, and CHHA’s are meticulously screened through criminal background checks, reference checks and physical examinations. Each staff member also goes through in-service training conducted by the staff nurse once a month. We have instituted an Electronic Visit Verification system (EVV) to ensure staff has arrived on time to client homes, and to reduce tardiness as well as no-call-no-shows. (This will be state mandated by Jan 1st 2020)
